Smart? It doesn't use toilet paper. In fact, it doesn't even "go" before flushing. It wastes a ton of water. Sorry. I don't call that cat smart -- I'd call him very, very wasteful!

I don't know, I think a cat that can figure out that a little handle causes the toilet to flush, is pretty smart! It's up to his "parents" to stop the waste.
